What Questions Will Your Initial Examination Answer?
Your first visit is designed to address important questions, such as:
- Is there an orthodontic issue, and what type?
- When is the right time to begin treatment?
- What treatment options are recommended?

What Happens Next?
If orthodontic treatment is recommended, we’ll schedule a follow-up appointment for Diagnostic Records. When time permits, we may even complete these records during your initial visit.
What Are Diagnostic Records?
Diagnostic records provide critical information for designing your custom treatment plan. These include:
- Digital photos of your face and teeth.
- Panoramic and cephalogram radiographs for detailed imaging.
- 3D imaging (when necessary) for complex treatment plans.
- A comprehensive evaluation by the doctor to determine the best course of action.
Treatment Costs and Payment Options
The
cost of treatment varies depending on the complexity of the case. During your initial exam, our treatment coordinator will explain the fees and present flexible payment options that fit your budget.
Financial Policies
To help make orthodontic care affordable, we offer:
- Discounts for full payment will be offered at the start of treatment. If you have insurance, this applies to the portion not covered by your plan.
- Flexible payment arrangements to spread costs over several months.
- Convenient payment methods, including VISA and Mastercard.
Insurance Benefits
We work with most insurance plans and accept the assignment of benefits to reduce out-of-pocket expenses. Our team will assist you in determining your coverage and filing claims on your behalf. Please note that while we work with your insurance company, the ultimate responsibility for payment lies with the patient.
What Does Your Investment Include?
Your treatment investment covers a wide range of services designed for success:
- Comprehensive diagnostic records, including x-rays, photos, and a personalized growth study.
- Active treatment may include early interventions, braces, or Invisalign. All appliances and in-office visits are included. Appliances are durable when properly cared for, though replacement fees may apply if damaged or lost.
- Final retainers for comprehensive (Phase II) treatments are provided upon treatment completion. Additional retainers are available for a replacement fee.
What Is Not Included?
- Procedures performed outside our orthodontic office.
- Additional fees for rare complications such as TMJ issues or surgery due to accidents or injuries during treatment.
